We decided to order 2 incubators and 6 biological safety cabinets from Triple Red. Since then, our cell culture lab has been the TC facility where everyone who has seen it wants to work. Triple Red response to any enquiry, and in particular from Jo and Chris, has always been outstanding"
Dr Cyrill Bussy, Lecturer, University of Manchester
When we designed our cell culture facilities in Biological Sciences, it was very clear from the first moment we approached different suppliers of cell culture instrumentation that Triple Red were the most helpful and professional of all. We were supplied with top-quality safety cabinets and CO2 incubators which have performed excellently for the last 5 years in a heavily used cell culture facility. Every step of the process of customer support (from purchasing to servicing) has been brilliant and the responses from everyone at Triple Red, whether purchasing staff or engineers, has been exceptionally prompt and efficient. I wish every company we deal with were as good!"
Dr Nik Georgopoulos, Senior Lecturer in Biological Sciences, University of Huddersfield
Thank you for your rapid response to our RO breakdown at Cardiff Bay Clinic. Can't fault your service; once again a big thank you from our clinical staff and myself."
Gary Thomas, Vale Healthcare, Cardiff Bay Clinic
Please inform Stan’s supervisor that we are indebted to Stan for staying late to do these tests and highly appreciative of his service to us. As you are aware, we are planning to expand our cell culture facility later in the year and due to the high level of service that Stan gives us, it is most likely that we will order a new cabinet and CO2 incubators from Triple Red.”
A long term Triple Red CRO customer
Just wanted to say Lucy was amazing with the quickness of the quote. It's always a great pleasure dealing with her and she is always so very very helpful."
Lee Murcutt, Institute for Translation, Innovation, Methodology and Engagement (TIME), Cardiff University School of Medicine
Regarding our recent phone call, I am just putting into words what a really good job Martin and Steve did today putting in our new low oxygen incubator. They were really cheerful and polite and worked ever so hard moving several incubators around in a very small space without any fuss at all. Normally there would be more resources to hand but they just got on with what they had straight away.
They showed impressive teamwork, sorting the issues out and getting everything working again. On top of that, they explained absolutely everything which was great. It really was a pleasure to work alongside them getting it done.
I really was very impressed and felt the need to let you know."
Nadia Lovegrove, Lab Manager, Sussex University
Just a quick word about the installation of our water unit. John has just finished now and I am particularly impressed with Triple Red in the instances of both the water and our incubators. In setting up our lab, we have dealt with a lot of companies, some with limited success. Triple Red has been very good in communicating updates to us and when on site, the engineers have been excellent, both John for the water and Peter and Steve for the incubators."
Dr David Hicks, University of Bradford
I would like to thank you for your excellent response to our problem with the RO unit in RMCH Theatres. Your engineer, Peter, was very efficient and I was impressed with his ability to resolve the leak so quickly, which made my work so much easier on the day."

We purchased two Systec autoclaves from Triple Red and were pleased with all aspects of that purchase. From the moment the order was placed the helpfulness of the Triple Red team enabled a smooth transition from using the old machines to the new ones. All aspects of the commissioning and validation work required to bring these machines into service was completed promptly with engineers who kept us informed of the progress. Their helpfulness and willingness to discuss issues as they occurred enabled us to complete the transition with no interruptions to the level of service we provide."

Diseases affecting the cornea are a major cause of blindness worldwide. Current treatments are limited by the availability of donor tissue. Over the next 5 years, we aim to apply both basic and applied research to improve corneal stem cell isolation and characterisation as well as providing novel therapeutic stem cell delivery systems using natural and synthetic hydrogels. The equipment supplied by Triple Red will be core to this research including centrifuges, CO2incubators and a safety cabinet with fitted dissection microscope as well as the centralised water system."
