All service engineer vehicles are fitted with real time GPS tracking devices so that service co-ordinators can direct the nearest one to you, for the fastest possible response.
In addition to scheduling preventative maintenance visits, office based service staff can talk through issues and troubleshoot problems to provide either a fix or a fault diagnosis to assist service engineers in correcting a problem without the need to revisit. Our current first fix rate is 92%.
Field based support staff provide comprehensive training and ongoing assistance with service contract upkeep and ensure that you have the correct consumables and spares for continuous, trouble-free operation.
For corporate customers with multiple sites, we can provide reviews of service performance including scheduled visits, response times, down times and fix times.
